1. The range of staff within the business site handling personal information shall be limited to the administrative department staff. The personal information handling officer shall be the supervision officer.
2. The supervision officer shall provide education and guidance concerning the handling of personal information to the staff mentioned in item 1 within the business site, once a year. Moreover, the supervision officer shall endeavor to acquire and maintain knowledge related to personal information handling.
3. Handlers shall promptly disclose information based on objective facts such as qualifications and professional experience of the individual concerned when there is a request for disclosure of information from the person concerned. Furthermore, when there is a request for correction (including deletion, the same hereafter), if the request conforms to objective facts, the correction shall be made without delay. In addition, the supervision officer shall endeavor to make known the handling of personal information disclosure or correction to technical intern trainees and others.
4. In case of a complaint from the person concerned regarding the personal information of technical intern trainees and others, the complaint handling officer shall handle it appropriately with sincerity. The person responsible for handling complaints related to personal information handling shall be the supervision officer.
